How does it work?
I offer a 3 hour super-session designed especially to help people stop smoking, involving:
- Discovery of information about you relating to smoking and the reasons you want to stop.
- Teaching you self-hypnosis for relaxation and staying a non-smoker.
- Hypnosis to remove your urge to smoke.
- Hypnotic recording for you to listen to at home.
- Information pack for you to take away that will help you remain a non-smoker.
- If required, unlimited support for the 4 months following the session, at no extra charge to you.
