We all get stuck sometimes, whether it's in relationships, careers, in business or in life itself. But we don't always know why, or indeed, how to get out of it. It may be that we just don't know enough about ourselves. Perhaps there are unconscious factors that stop us from going in the direction we want to go. So what do you want to achieve, that you're presently unable to?
Many of us live with a feeling that we are not living the life we could, or that way have made wrong or poor choices but cannot find a way out of the consequences of them. If that fits your situation, then coaching may be for you.
As with everything I do as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Project You coaching is bespoke and adapted to fit your needs. It is made up of a series of steps that are designed to achieve several things:
If you have been looking for something to make that difference in your life, contact me to discuss your individual needs further.
Life coaching is based on setting goals and motivating people to achieve them, which is a worthy aim. However, if your unconscious doesn't think the direction you are going is a good idea, for whatever reason, then the chances are it will do whatever it can to stop you. Time after time your unconscious can be sabotaging all your good intentions. The way it usually does this is to reduce your motivation or increase your anxiety.
So, where most life coaching descriptions begin with 'this is not therapy' - this one doesn't. This is because as a trained Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I have a large range of tools at my disposal, which can be utilised depending on your needs, leading to the edges of coaching and therapy being a little blurred. Generally, people come to coaches because they want to be able to do something they don't feel they can do by themselves. Isn't that why people see a therapist?
So, Project You Coaching is a model that has no limits on the techniques it can employ to help you get what you came for. It can be used to help you achieve a goal you have in mind. And it's intended to do a lot more. It's a way of taking control of the way you live your life. This approach is based on solid research that shows how people can improve their sense of contentment and happiness. It helps maximise the things you have going for you in the most productive way. In short, it's about you finding flow.
Have you ever had one of those moments where you are completely lost in something you're doing? Time seems to stop, everything seems effortless, and life just feels right? That's what we call a flow state. It's what sports coaches are aiming to help athletes achieve during competition - to be 'in the zone'.
You might wonder if that is possible, and it probably isn't going to surprise you to hear me say that I think it is.
If you are, then coaching with me, could be for you, and your next step should be to contact me to discuss your needs further.
The great thing about coaching, is that we can do it face to face, or by phone or online via Skype or Zoom, so it's a very accessible way of helping you to achieve your goals.
If you're ready for change, I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
